The STEM in Action project encompasses two significant intellectual outputs. The first is a collection of online courses meticulously crafted to furnish educators with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in STEM education. These courses are thoughtfully tailored to cater to the specific needs of preschool, primary, and branch teachers. Furthermore, they will be offered free of charge, and successful completion will be acknowledged with a certificate.
These courses are informed by the findings of a STEM awareness survey and a comprehensive SWOT analysis, conducted as integral components of the project’s design phase. This careful analysis ensures that the courses are highly attuned to the needs and aspirations of teachers and students.
The second intellectual output comprises a comprehensive curriculum and a wealth of educational materials dedicated to the realm of STEM education. These resources will serve as invaluable assets for teachers and students alike within the education faculties of our partnership countries. The materials will be thoughtfully categorized to cater to three distinct educational levels: preschool, primary school, and specialized branches. Furthermore, they will be made accessible in multiple languages to ensure maximum utility.
Crucially, these materials will be seamlessly integrated into the modules of the online courses. Their overarching purpose is to equip our target audience with innovative pedagogical approaches in the domain of STEM education, thereby driving forward the quality and effectiveness of STEM instruction.
